The lecture by Heinz von Loesch, Senior Researcher at the State Institute for Music Research, and Stefan Weinzierl, Professor of Audio Communication at TU Berlin, explores the interrelationship between the spatial form, spatial philosophy and room acoustics of the Berlin Philharmonic Hall. At the same time, it explores the question of why the acoustics were not considered excellent from the outset, but only after many years.
