Event date: 10/22/2026

Alexander Steinhilber discusses organ databases: a balance between knowledge organisation and cultural responsibility.

Organ documentation: the transition from paper-based inventories to digital databases – what do we gain, and what is at risk of being lost in the process? A lecture on organ databases, digital cultural heritage, responsibility – and the question of who, in the future, will still be able to remember what we are documenting today.
